Most single rooms run $120 to $300 depending on size, and large rooms run $250 to $450. Re-stretching several rooms in one visit is typically $450 to $800. You get an exact price at the free estimate before any work begins.
How much does carpet repair or patching cost?
Small patches and burn repairs typically run $75 to $150. Pet-damage repairs run $150 to $300, and larger repairs such as tears or split seams start at $150. See our price guide for details.
Will I be able to see where my carpet was patched?
In most cases, no. For carpet patching we cut replacement carpet from a hidden spot such as a closet or a saved remnant, match the pile direction, and bond the seams with heat tape so the patch blends into the surrounding carpet.
What causes ripples and wrinkles in carpet?
Usually the carpet was never stretched tight enough at install, or heat, humidity and heavy furniture have loosened it over time. A power stretcher pulls it tight and re-secures it on the tack strip, which a knee kicker alone can't do. Learn more about carpet re-stretching.
What does the Lifetime Labor Guarantee cover?
It covers our workmanship on carpet repairs and re-stretching. If a seam, patch or stretch we completed lets go because of how we did the work, we return and fix it at no labor cost. New damage, such as a fresh burn or pet accident, is a new repair. Read the guarantee details.
Is it worth repairing carpet instead of replacing it?
Usually, yes. A carpet repair or re-stretch costs a fraction of new carpet and padding, and it's done in hours instead of days. If replacement really is the better choice, we'll tell you.
Do you move the furniture?
Yes. Moving standard furniture is included with re-stretching. Please clear small items, electronics and anything fragile before we arrive.
Can you get rid of pet urine odor, not just the stain?
Yes. Odor usually lives in the carpet backing and pad, below what surface cleaning reaches. Our pet odor removal treats affected areas at the source, and pet stain removal lifts what you can see.
What else do you clean besides carpet?
We clean tile and grout, upholstery and furniture, leather sofas, mattresses and area rugs. Cleaning is quoted at the same free visit as any repair.
Do you work in condos and HOA communities?
Yes. Much of our work is in South Florida condos and HOA communities. Let us know about building rules, elevator reservations or parking when you book and we'll plan around them.
