What affects the price
- Room size and layout. Larger rooms and rooms with closets, angles or several doorways take longer to stretch.
- Furniture. Standard furniture moving is included. Very heavy items like pianos, safes or large aquariums may need special handling.
- Repair size. A small bleach spot is quicker than a large pet-damaged doorway or a long seam.
- Materials. Some repairs need new tack strip, padding, seam tape or a transition strip.
- Access. High-rise condos with elevator reservations or restricted work hours may affect scheduling.
Cleaning prices

Repair versus replacement
New carpet and pad for a single room often costs many times more than a repair or re-stretch, and takes longer to arrange. If the carpet is in good shape apart from a few problem areas, repair is almost always the better value. If replacement truly makes more sense, we'll tell you.
