What the guarantee covers
Our Lifetime Labor Guarantee covers our workmanship on carpet repairs and re-stretching. If a seam, patch or stretch we completed lets go because of how we did the work, we come back and fix it at no labor cost.
- Re-stretching: if carpet we stretched loosens or ripples again because of our workmanship.
- Seams: if a seam we made or re-bonded separates.
- Patches: if a patch we installed lifts or comes apart at the edges.
- Transitions: if a carpet edge we secured at a doorway comes loose.
What it does not cover
- New damage, such as a new burn, pet damage, stain or tear. That's a new repair.
- Water damage and flooding, which affect the carpet, pad and tack strip.
- Normal wear and the natural aging, fading or matting of the carpet itself.
- Cleaning services. The guarantee applies to repairs and re-stretching only.
- Work by others after our visit, such as flooring installers or movers disturbing the carpet.
