Why South Florida carpet gets dirty differently
Carpet here takes a particular kind of beating. Fine beach sand gets tracked in and works down to the base of the fibers, where it acts like sandpaper every time someone walks across it. Humidity makes oily soil cling. Sunscreen, bug spray and pool chemicals come in on bare feet. And in seasonal homes, carpet can sit for months with the AC set high, letting dust and odors settle in.
The result is the gray traffic lane down the hall, the dull patch in front of the sofa, and carpet that feels flat and crunchy instead of soft. A deep cleaning resets it.
What a deep carpet cleaning includes
We walk the rooms with you, note stains and problem areas, and treat them before the main cleaning.
Heavily soiled lanes get a pre-treatment that loosens oily soil so it rinses out.
Hot water is rinsed through the pile and pulled back out with strong suction, taking the loosened soil with it.
We groom the pile so it dries evenly and stands up, and set it up to dry as quickly as possible.

Our carpet cleaning process
- Walk-through and quote
We look at every room with you, point out what will come out easily and what may not, and confirm the price before starting.
- Prepare the rooms
We move light furniture where needed and protect corners and baseboards from hoses.
- Pre-treat lanes and spots
Traffic lanes and stains are treated first so they release during the rinse.
- Rinse and extract
We clean in overlapping passes so there are no missed strips, and extract as much moisture as possible.
- Final check
We re-check spots, groom the carpet, and walk the rooms with you before we leave.
Stains we see most often
- Traffic lanes from sand and oily soil, especially in hallways and in front of sliders
- Coffee, soda and juice, usually removable if they haven't been treated with the wrong product
- Red wine and fruit drinks, which need the right treatment and sometimes more than one pass
- Pet accidents, which need pet stain removal and often odor treatment
- Rust, bleach, dye and ink, which may be permanent. If cleaning won't fix them, carpet patching will.
We'll always be honest about what we expect to come out. If a spot is a color loss rather than a stain, no cleaning will fix it, and we'll tell you before you pay for it.
Drying time and what to expect after
Drying time depends on carpet thickness, humidity and airflow. Running the AC and a ceiling fan helps a lot. Walk on cleaned carpet in clean socks rather than bare feet or shoes while it's damp, and put foil or plastic tabs under furniture legs until it's dry. Lay towels on tile or wood floors where people step off damp carpet.
Cleaning for seasonal homes and rentals
Many of our customers in Palm Beach and Broward are seasonal residents or landlords. A deep cleaning before you arrive, after guests leave, or between tenants is one of the fastest ways to make a home feel fresh. If you're away, we can coordinate access with a property manager or neighbor.
How carpet cleaning is priced
Cleaning is priced by the job, so we quote it at the same free visit after we've seen the rooms and pieces. You get the exact number before we start. If you're also having carpet repaired or re-stretched, both are quoted together, and a combined visit costs less than separate trips.
Clean after repairs, not before
If your carpet has ripples, a split seam or a damaged spot, have it repaired or re-stretched first. Cleaning adds moisture, and repairs go best on dry, flat carpet. We can do both on the same visit.
