Carpet patch in progress with seam tape and a matching piece — Patch in progress

Ojus is an unincorporated community between Aventura and North Miami Beach, along West Dixie Highway. It has older single-family homes, apartments and condo communities.

Older streets off West Dixie

Ojus has some of the older housing in the Aventura area, on the streets around West Dixie Highway. Older condo buildings and small apartment complexes here often still have the carpet they were given years ago. A good stretch, a re-bonded seam and a fresh edge at the tile can buy that carpet years more.

I requested a quote for having my carpet stretched and retacked along my stairs 9:30am on a Saturday. By 11:30am Greg and his partner had arrived and completed the job at a great price and my carpet looks perfect.
