Atlantis is a small city built around a golf course, west of Lantana near Congress Avenue. Homes are a mix of single-family houses and condos, many owned by retirees or seasonal residents. Carpet tends to be well cared for but has often been in place a long time.
Typical Atlantis carpet problems
Ripples in walkways are a fall risk. Re-stretching removes them.
Edges at tile fray over time. We trim and secure them.
Seams between rooms can lift. We re-bond them.

Golf community homes
Long-installed carpet in bedrooms and dens relaxes and ripples. For older residents, ripples are a trip hazard, which makes re-stretching a safety repair as much as a cosmetic one.
